The purpose of our selection prep training programs is to best prepare you both physically and mentally for the grueling and demanding challenges you will encounter during selection. You will be pushed beyond your limits for days, weeks, or months in order to determine who has the fortitude to make it through the selection process.
We offer 2 different programs – Water Confidence and Ground Only.
Each program is available in 2 durations – 90 days and 120 days.
Our 90-day programs are intended for individuals who have been training for a while and require less focus on building physical strength. This program is primarily focused on individuals who are familiar with selection preparation and want to get one last grueling preparation cycle before heading out to selection.
Our 120-day programs are indented for individuals who are new to selection preparation and require a step-by-step approach to building physical stamina and muscular endurance.
